Tarocco Orange Tree produces a seedless blood orange. The flesh has less red pigment than other blood oranges, but this orange is amazing. Tarocco oranges are possibly one of the yummiest oranges you'll ever eat, and the plentiful delicious juice is a lovely pink. The skin is thin with blushed red tones. The fruit is round /slightly oval and has a thin, orange peel. Blood oranges are known for their distinctive red flesh, which is caused by a high concentration of anthocyanins, a type of flavonoid.

Tarocco orange trees are evergreen and can grow up to 5m tall if not pruned. We recommend pruning to ensure you can collect the fruit easily. Tarocco orange trees are relatively easy to grow in warm climates with cool winters. They prefer full sun and well-drained soil. Tarocco orange trees are relatively drought-tolerant, but they should be watered regularly during the summer months.
