Citrus Direct (also referred to as: we, us, our) aims to provide a secure and easy shopping experience. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms can be updated at any stage. Security
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform including secure payment facilities, that allows us to sell our products and services to you. When paying for purchases with a credit card all details are encrypted and secure, and your purchase transaction data is stored only for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. Your postage details are securely stored to speed up the checkout process. Products and Prices
All prices on Citrus Direct are in New Zealand dollars ($NZ) and are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right at any time to modify, alter the price or discontinue a product without notice. If this happens after you have placed an order, we will notify you before processing your order.
We make every effort to ensure that all information on this site, including price, size and product description is accurate.
Occasionally our information may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct, change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time. It is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes. The material on this site is provided for your information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.
Your comments and right to use this website
All material on this site is the intellectual property of Citrus Direct and is available free to you to enhance your shopping and citrus growing experience. Intellectual property of Citrus Direct is the logo, branding, photos and words contained on this site. You agree to not modify, transmit or download material from this site for commercial or public use without our written permission. In addition, you agree not to interfere with the running of this website, through altering material, software or interfering with other users of this site.
If, you submit a contest entry form, or you send comments, creative ideas, suggestions or other materials, to Citrus Direct, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, and that your comments will not contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of Citrus Direct or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.
Payment
Like many NZ companies, our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e- commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose to complete your purchase with a credit card, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. PayPal and AfterPay are third-party providers. They have their own privacy policies. Once you leave Citrus Direct's website, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.

Disclaimer
In no case shall Citrus Direct and our associates be liable to you or any third party for any injury or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service. This includes failure to deliver a product or viruses alleged to have been obtained from our service.
Our citrus trees thrive depending on the soil, weather, placement and care they receive. As we are unable to control these conditions when the plants leave our location, we are unable to guarantee the growth and fruiting of the trees.
