Refunds and Exchange
We love our products and feel confident you will too. In the rare occasion our trees or goods are damaged, there is a defect, or an error with your order, please send photos of the tree/goods and packaging within 48 hours of delivery to contact@citrusdirect.co.nz stating your concern. We will then get back to you with how to proceed, including courier address and which courier company to use. If we ask you to return an item, at our cost, please use tracked postage to ensure that we receive your returned item. We are not liable for any lost or damage to the plants/good following delivery.
If the trees or goods are faulty, we will repair, replace or refund as per the Consumer Guarantees Act. However, if the product has been damaged, stored incorrectly or the tree has been planted by you, we will not accept it as faulty.
Changing Your Mind
Please choose your plants carefully because as much as we would like to, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to changing your mind. The reason for this is that our plants prefer to grow in the sun. If you return a plant, we run the risk that the plant will no longer be in optimum condition having travelled to and from your address. This then makes it very difficult to sell the plant.
