The Fukumoto orange tree is a popular variety of navel orange that is known for its early ripening, and excellent flavour. The tree is also relatively compact, making it a good choice for growing both indoors and outdoors. Fukumoto has a medium thick, rind but don't let that put you off. The highly aromatic fruit is juicy, sweet with a hint of tartness and definitely delicious!
Fukumoto orange trees are a great choice for home gardeners. The beautiful red-orange skin stands out from other navel oranges, making it an excellent specimen tree or an addition to a home orchard.
