Tangelo Overnight Oats- A Creamy Citrus Delight

Looking for a new overnight oat recipe? Try tangelo overnight oats, or replace tangelo with oranges or mandarins. This recipe contains lots of vitamin C, fibre and counts as one of your 5 plus a day.

Ingredients
- Juice of 2 tangelos
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tangelo, sliced
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- Mint leaves
Method
- In a bowl, mix the oats and tangelo juice. Cover and refrigerate overnight
- In the morning, place the oats into two serving bowls
- Serve with milk, coconut, mint, maple syrup and tangelo slices
