Mandarin Upside Down Cake
Jun 24, 2025
Mandarin Upside Down Cake is a winner. It is easy to make and delicious. The mandarins can easily be replaced with oranges, tangelos, grapefruit or limes. The wholewheat flour increases the fibre in your diet and lowers the glycemic index (GI) for the cake.
